Silvia lives in Lima, Peru. She joined the RG team in 2023 and works remotely from home as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. She is passionate about customer service and works to provide a great experience to every customer.

Prior to joining RG, Silvia studied environmental science and worked as a tour guide and as a guest service and customer manager. After the pandemic, she became a property manager and her interest in insurance services begun. She speaks several languages including English, Spanish, French and some Portuguese.

In her free time, Silvia enjoys gardening, mindfulness practices, and travelling.
