James grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico before moving to Maryland in September of 2020. He graduated from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

His family's business in real estate helped spark his interest in helping people protect their assets with insurance. He holds a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license for Maryland.

His primary goal is to protect business owners and homeowner assets by finding the right  coverage at the best price.

James is a huge sports fan. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and going to the gym. The main teams he follows are FC Barcelona, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Denver Broncos. James also enjoys going to the beach and surfing the tropical waves when visiting Puerto Rico.
