Daniel Palma grew up in Guatemala. After moving to Maryland in 2020, he began his journey to start a new career and aim for success.

Before joining the RG team in 2022, he worked at Starbucks as a shift supervisor. While in this role, his love for people drove him to a career in insurance.

Daniel is passionate about coffee and snowboarding, two hobbies that encourage him to enjoy the winter season. He works diligently to achieve his goals, and is passionate about using his knowledge to help people.
