Job Description:

R&G Insurance, an Independent Insurance Agency, is seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish) professional Receptionist for a dynamic, innovative, professional and growing company with 5 Maryland locations.

Salary:

$35.000 - $40.000 per year

Responsibilities:

• First person to answer phones, assess need, and transfer calls to appropriate person or department

• Greet clients when they enter the office

• Handle basic office administration tasks to include supply ordering, banking responsibilities, etc

• Agent support as needed

• Handle basic administrative Insurance activities
