Job Description:

R&G Insurance Associates is Looking for an experienced (3-5 year) P&C Insurance Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager in the Montgomery County & Anne Arundel County, MD area. R&G has 5 locations around the state of Maryland, with 25-30 employees. We are currently appointed with over 20 carriers to help meet the ever- changing needs of our clients. We are Looking to add team members to help service our current book of personal lines clients.

Salary:

$42.000 - $50.000 per year

• 401k eligible after 6 months with 4% company match

• Health Insurance provided, R&G to pay 65% of employee cost.

• 80 Hours PTO after 6 months (sliding scale with tenure), 40 hours sick Leave, Birthday off & 5 Work from home days Annually

Responsibilities:

Insurance Account Manager Responsibilities to include:

• Retention of book of personal lines insurance business, including service, remarketing of accounts, cross-selling

• On-going Carrier, product & industry knowledge

• Pro-active marketing campaigns

• Building client relationships

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, emaiL and in person (when safe and applicable)

• Use of insurance agency systems including VOIP phone system, Client management system, electronic filing, etc

• Establish referral sources (current insurance clients, mortgage companies, real estate, networking groups, etc)

Requirements:

Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed (or able to get license within 3 months)
